About

Hi, I’m Taylor. Creative brain, spreadsheet heart.

I’m an operations consultant in North County San Diego, and your person for the boring-but-important stuff.

Taylor Picarelli, founder of Vetta Consult, smiling at home

Philly row home. A packed Ford Escape to California at 24. A luxury picnic and events business I built from scratch in 2020. Then years running operations for wellness brands.

So I get both sides: the mood board and the margin. Vetta is where they finally work together.

Keep showing up. — Taylor

To the back office.

I’ve done the day-of chaos: vendors, timelines, the hundred small calls. Now I build the systems that make the rest of the week feel that calm.
